All of us go through life right from childhood being influenced and taught by parents, teachers, friends, relatives. We also go through thousands of experiences some good and many bad. This resides and builds within us as beliefs. Most of these beliefs and unconscious beliefs. As we progress through our lives getting through college, getting a job, getting married these beliefs get reinforced some more get added and results in what becomes of us as a person. We do not feel good about ourselves, our relationships start souring, health issues crop up and we do not find anyone who can solve our issues. Our desperation in trying to be happy makes us go on vacations, investing in what we think is our dream house, dream car or bike but the results are still the same. We go to temples, do yoga, exercises, take up some sport, meet gurus and do meditation. It does help a little but the life still remains a challenge. We feel inadequate, insecure, fearful and stressed.

Can this be resolved? Of course? This is where a life coach comes in.
